On October 04 2022, a person had lodged a complaint with the revenue police about the disappearance of his minor daughter. The case was then transferred from Revenue Police to Uttarakhand Police. On receiving the complaint three police teams were formed for the recovery of the minor girl. The investigation was conducted and later the investigating police team recovered the minor girl from the possession of accused Saurabh.
