Rishikesh: In Trivenighat, Rishikesh, Delhi’s tourists got stuck on the island as the river’s water level rose on the other side of the Ganges. Seeing rising water levels, tourists started voicing their help. Hearing the voices of tourists, the water police personnel stationed at the ghat rescued the tourists with the help of rafts.
