West Khasi Hills: Citizen and Village Defense Party member of Siejlieh VDP, Mr. Balumlang Nonglang, was felicitated by the West Khasi Hills Police for his act resembling that of a Good Samaritan, when on 30th November, he had helped in taking a wounded victim of an accident case to Civil Hospital Nongstoin.
