Jammu: The Indian Army organized Winter sports Carnival in Ramban District from 31st Jan 2021 to 1st Feb 2021. There was enthusiastic participation by the children from the Mohubal region. The participants were provided with safety gear. The Winter Carnival culminated with prize distribution.
