Chennai: An 8-year-old girl living in the Puliyanthope police district was abducted by a man named Rajinikanth and was sexually assaulted. Based on the complaint filed by the girl’s mother at the Puliyanthope All Women’s Police Station a case was registered and taken p for investigation.
The police team led by the All Women Police Inspector, Puliyanthope, arrested and interrogated Rajinikanth, who was working as a mechanic, and it was revealed that Rajinikanth had taken the 8-year-old girl and sexually assaulted her.
At the Puliyanthope All Women’s Police Station, a case was registered under the POSCO Act and the accused Rajinikanth (40) from Choolaimedu was arrested. Court action is being taken against the said accused.
