Jalaun: The newly formed special women’s security team, established in the Jalaun district’s police stations, embarked on an extensive outreach program across various locations. They visited bustling markets, popular public places, educational institutions such as schools, colleges, and coaching centers, as well as rural communities. The team’s mission was to raise awareness among female students and women about safety and security measures. They provided comprehensive information on essential helpline numbers, including 112 for emergencies, 1090 for women’s helpline, 181 for women in distress, 108 for medical emergencies, 1076 for government services, and 1098 for child helpline services.
