On 16-05-2023 One Day Capacity Building Training Workshop held for Child Welfare Police Officers .It was conducted by Special Police Unit of Davangere District Police at District Police Hall, Mrs. Nivedita TM, Honorable Senior Civil Judge, 2nd Additional Civil Court and President, Child Justice Board Davangere district inaugurated the workshop and spoke on the event.
Superintendent of Police Shri CB Rishyant IPS presided over the workshop, Chief Guests were Additional Superintendent of Police Shri RB Basaragi, Shri Mati Vasanthi Uppar Deputy Director, Department of Women and Child Development, Davangere, Mrs. Purnima M, District Child Protection Officers, District Child Protection Unit, Davanagere Mr. Rama Naik, Chairman, Child Welfare Committee, Davangere, Mr. Mallesh Dodmani, DySP Urban Sub Division, Senior Child Welfare Police Officer, Child Special Police Unit, Davangere district participated. Mr. Rohit CG, Police Trainer, Training Headquarters, Bangalore was present as resource persons for the workshop. District police officers and staff participated in the workshop.
