Mandsaur: Under the esteemed guidance of Superintendent of Police Mandsaur District, Mr. Anurag Sujania, a significant initiative was undertaken to promote the physical and mental well-being of the district’s police personnel through the organization of PT (Physical Training) and Yoga classes. These sessions were held at the District Police Line in Mandsaur, symbolizing a commitment to holistic fitness and discipline among the law enforcement officers.
On the early morning of June 7, 2024, precisely at 6 am, an extensive Yoga and PT session was conducted, encompassing all police personnel within the district. This event saw the participation of a diverse group of officers and staff, reflecting a unified approach towards physical fitness and stress management. Superintendent of Police Mandsaur, Mr. Anurag Sujania, spearheaded the initiative, emphasizing the importance of such activities in enhancing the operational efficiency and overall well-being of the police force.
Additional Superintendent of Police, Mr. Gautam Solanki, played a pivotal role alongside Mr. Sujania, both of whom were joined by all gazetted and non-gazetted officers. The event also included officers and employees from every police station and outpost across the district, showcasing a comprehensive involvement at various hierarchical levels of the police department.
The Yoga and PT sessions were meticulously planned and executed by Reserve Inspector Mandsaur, Mr. Krishna Pratap Singh Tomar, and ex-serviceman Mr. Ramnarayan Gurjar, who served as the Physical Training Instructor (PTI). Their expertise and dedication were instrumental in guiding the participants through a series of exercises and yoga asanas designed to enhance physical agility, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.
