Thrissur Rural: The Korati police have arrested a man accused of taking approximately two lakh rupees and a passport by falsely promising to arrange a job visa for Poland. The accused, Krishnakumar S/O Chandran, a resident of Kothamangalam, had been on the run after defrauding a youth from Melur. He was apprehended by the police following an investigation directed by the Hon’ble District Police Chief, Mr. Navneet Sharma IPS, and led by Chalakudy DySP K. Sumesh. The arrest was carried out by a team including Koratti Police Station SHO Amrit Rangan, Sub-Inspectors Shaju OG and Shibu CP, and CPO Rashik. Another similar case has also been registered against Krishnakumar at Chalakudy police station.
