DINDIGUL: Police arrested four persons on Wednesday on the charge of attacking Hindu Munnani district executive committee member Sankar Ganesh. Deepan Suresh Kumar (24), Mohammad Yasin (24), Jayakumar (25) and Sirajuddhin (28) of Selllandi Amman Temple Road area in Dindigul were arrested. Police acting on a tip-off arrested and produced them before Judicial Magistrate Court II here, which remanded them in judicial custody till October 5. They were lodged in Madurai Central Prison. A search is on for two more accused in this connection. Mr. Sankar Ganesh was attacked near the Head Post Office on Monday night by an unidentified gang. Sankar Ganesh was admitted to a private specialty hospital in Madurai.]]>
