Kolkata: Sunday, September 13, was the day of the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) declared by the Central Government. Arriving at the Park Street test center in Kolkata, an examinee from Hughli discovered that he had hurriedly left at home his passport-size photograph and Aadhaar card, without which he could not enter the test center in any way.
