Rachakonda: On 08-09-2017 at 21:45 hours one Private employee named Sripathi Nagaraju S/o Yadagiri, aged 26 years, was proceeding from Jammigadda to Radhika X roads via Saketh road on his Pulsar bike. Meanwhile, The Ola cab driver Mandhanu Anil Kumar, aged 32 years, R/o Turka Yamjal Village Abdullapurmet, drove his car in a rash and negligent manner and collided with Sripathi Nagaraju in opposite direction as a result Nagaraju received injuries on head and right hand. Immediately he was shifted to Tulasi Hospital and thereafter shifted to Gandhi Hospital for treatment. While undergoing treatment Nagaraju succumbed to injuries on 13.09.2017.
A case was registered with CR NO. 626/2017 U/S 304-A IPC of Kushaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda.
During the course of the investigation the 10. Mr. J. Ashok Kumar, SIP now working in PS Malkajgiri collected evidence arrested the accused, and remanded him to judicial custody On completion of the investigation the 10 filed charge sheet in the court.
During the trial today Live, on 26.03.2021 the Hon’ble XIX MM Court at Malkajgiri convicted the accused Mandhanu Anil Kumar to undergo 2 years Rigorous Imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs. 2,000/, in this case, the 10. Mr. J. Ashok Kumar, SIP now working in PS Malkajgiri. APP Mr. B. Naveen Kumar, CDO Mr. P. Narsimha Goud have attended on behalf of the prosecution.
