Rachakonda Police apprehended two house burglary offenders and recovered stolen materials

Rachakonda: The sleuths of CCS, LB. Nagar team along with Chaitanyapuri Police of Rachakonda Police Commissionerate have made sincere efforts by pursuing the CCTV footages and with the help of technical support, today on 17.05.2021 at 09.00 hours apprehended two house burglary offenders under suspicious circumstances at LB Nagar X Road, on questioning they have revealed and confessed the following property offenses.

A1. Kishore Chowdhary alias Rahul, S/o BabuLal, Age: 30 years, Occ: Carpenter, Caste: Chowdhary, Resident of H.No.3-1-48/18/B Maithri Nagar LB Nagar, HYD N/o Jaitharam (v), Billada Taluq Pali ( Dist), Rajasthan.

A2. Arjunsingh,S/oUkhumsingh,Age:23years,Occ.Carpenter caste Rajput Resident of H.No.3-1-48/18/B Maithri Nagar LB Nagar, HYD. N/o Solankiathalar (v), Sherghad taluq, Jhodpur(Dist), Rajasthan.

The accused committed 05-night burglaries and 01 ATM theft attempts.

The details of the cases registered in the police stations are as follows:

  1. Chaitanyapuni Police station Unit Rachakonda with 268/2020U/s 457, 380 IPC
  2. Vanasthalipuram Police station Unit Rachakonda with 365/2021U/s457,350 IPC
  3. Vanasthalipuram Police station Unit Rachakonda with 366/2021U/s457,350 IPC
  4. Meerpet Police station Unit Rachakonda with 344/2021U/s 457,380 IPC
  5. Adibatla Police station Unit Rachakonda with 126/2021U/380x/w 511 IPC (ATM attempt)
  6. LB Nagar Police station Unit Rachakonda with 395/2021U/s457,350 IPC

There are a total of 6 Cases registered against the accused in the above-mentioned police stations.

The brief history of the accused is as follows: – The offender A1 Kishore Chowdhary alias Rahul was running shops (Hardware and glass fitting) at Vanasthalipuram and Balapur of Hyderabad from 2016. His business went on to lose. Due to a loss in business in the year 2019, he went to his native place Jaitharam village of Rajasthan state and started a hardware business there. Due to lock down his business was closed. In the year 2020, he again came to Hyderabad and took a rented house, and started doing glass fitting contract works. He was not satisfied with those earrings hence he hatched to wrongful gain gold and cash by committing the house burglaries. As per his plan, he met one Arjun Singh who also belongs to Rajasthan state and working as a carpenter in Hyderabad They both were decided to commit house burglaries and target only Rajasthan business person’s houses.

The Modus Operandi (MO) of the accused in committing the crimes are as follows:  The accused A1 is a neighboring villager of the complainants and he also knows that all the four complainants went to Pali District of Rajasthan to attend a marriage. Taking this advantage A1 Kishore along with A2 Arjun went to the target house late at night and cuts the main door lock with a hacksaw blade sometimes remove the side grill with a cutter and commits property offenses. In the Vanasthalipuram offense stolen one Jupiter bike and changed the bike number and all the offenses committed by using the same bike A1 gave some money to A2 and kept the remaining property in his rented house.

The Police have seized the following property from the possession of the accused:

  1. Gold ornaments- 186 Grams
  2. Silver ornaments- 1074 grams
  3. NET CASH RS.1,43,000/-,
  4. Jupiter Bike with registration number TS07HC651
  5. Royal Enfield Bike with registration number TS07GW6906
  6. One laptop and one Tab
  7. One Sony Digital camera
  8. Five Wrist Watches
  9. LG TV
  10. Artificial Gold Ornaments-200 Grams. All stolen products worth Rs.14,36,000/-

Under the leadership of Mr. Mahesh M Bhagwat IPS, Commissioner of Police, and Mr. G Sudheer Babu Addl. Commissioner of Police Rachakonda, with the guidance of Mr. Sunpreet Singh, DCP LB Nagar Zone, and under the supervision of Mr. P. Yadagiri, DCP Crimes and, Mr. P. Sridhar Reddy, ACP LB Nagar. The following CCS LB Nagar Team Inspectors Mr. M. Mahesh, Mr. K.Parthasaradhi, Mr. B.Naveen Reddy, SI Mr. K. Ramulu Nayak, HC’s Mr. Shankar, Mr. Devanand, PC’s Mr. G. Pavan, Mr. A.Kumar, Mr. B.Suresh Babu, Mr. Y.Mallikarjun, Mr. Yadagiri Lal and Mr. Ravi SHO Chaitanyapuri, Mr. Mir Mudasir Ali DSI Chaitanyapuri and team apprehended the offenders and recovered the property. In this case, the CCS LB Nagar team has shown very good professionalism. CP Rachakonda appreciated the CCS LB Nagar team for early detection.
