Chhatarpur: On July 7, information was received in the State Level Police Control Room Dial-100 Bhopal that a 12-year-old girl was found near Chandela Colony under Khajuraho district, who was on her way home had lost her way.
On receiving the information, Dial-100 of the district was dispatched giving details of the incident. FRV Constable Rajesh Bairagi and pilot Sachin Sharma reached the spot and took the girl under their protection and brought her to the police station.
During interrogation, the girl told that her name is Khushi Anuragi, father Rajiv Anuragi resident Chandela age 12 years. Angered by her father’s scolding, she left the house and lost her way home in Khajuraho city. On getting information about the family members from the girl, the police station called the girl’s family members to the police station and after explaining to the family members handed over the girl to them.
