Gwalior: On August 7, a ten-year-old boy dialed- 100 FRV under Old Cantonment Thana of the district. Came crying near the vehicle. The child told that he had gone for a walk with his maternal uncle. Due to the puncture of my uncle’s car on the way, my uncle sent me back home with a cyclist. The cyclist left me halfway and left. He has lost his way home.
The FRV staff called the State Level Police Control Room Dial-100 and informed them about the child. FRV Constable Mr. Ajay Sharma, Mr. Devesh Pachauri, and pilot Mr. Ved Prakash, posted in, took the child under their protection and interrogated the child.
During interrogation, the child revealed his name as Varun Rathore and lived in Laxmi Ganj near the Sanjay Nagar area. Dial-100 staff reached the address of the child and handed over the child to his parents after verification. Along with this, he also instructed not to send children to an unknown person in the future.
