East Godavari: Road accident victims were remembered at the district police office. District SP Mr. M. Rabindranath Babu IPS., attended the Memorial Day meeting organized with the family members. The event involved several road accidents in the district and Staff, Officers & Best Physicians, RTO Officers, Auto Drivers, APSRTC Drivers, Schools/colleges were identified and honored by giving suggestions.
The World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims (WDR) is commemorated on the third Sunday of November each year. This was organized by the District SP with great enthusiasm by the concerned police officers at the District Police Office as well as at all the sub-divisional centers in the district.
