Bhopal: Following the protocol of prevention of COVID-19 infection, the 72nd anniversary of the glorious republic will be celebrated in Madhya Pradesh with gaiety, pomp, and dignity. The main function will be held on January 26 at Lal Parade Ground here from 9 am. The last exercise of the joint parade that took place in the Republic Day celebrations was done on Monday at the Lal Parade Ground. Special Director General of Police Mr. Milind Kanskar IPS took stock of the arrangements for the parade and ceremony.
The Chief Constable of the 7th Battalion Mr. Ramchandra Singh Kushwaha played the role of Chief Guest as a symbol and took the salute of the joint parade by hoisting the flag. After this, the chief guest inspected the parade by riding in an open jeep. Amidst the joyous fire, the police band played the tune of “Jana Gana Mana” under the direction of Sub-Inspector Mr. Sunil Katare. Reading was also done as a symbol of the message of the chief guest. Harsh Fire was followed by an attractive joint parade amidst the melodious melody of the Police Band.
The parade was led by Ms. Priyanka Shukla, an officer of the Indian Police Service. The responsibility of Parade Two-IC was performed by Assistant Fighter, Mr. Pankaj Mishra. The joint parade included 12 continents including a police band and a dog squad. This was followed by the presentation of folk dance and the performance of tableaux of 18 departments. The contingent of Madhya Pradesh Special Armed Forces Platoon-1 involved in the joint parade was led by Mr. Abhishek Sharma, Sub-Inspector of 10th Corps SAF, and a contingent of Platoon-2 was led by Mr. Hemant Kumar, Sub-Inspector of 25th Corps SAF.
Similarly, the Hawk Force contingent is headed by Sub-Inspector Mr. Gaurav Bhadauria, S.T.F. Mr. Sunil Patidar of detachment, Sub-Inspector of District Police Force and Government Railway Police (Men) contingent Mr. Shubham Pandey, Sub-Inspector of Special Armed Forces, Joint Women’s contingent of District Force and Government Railway Police Mrs. Bhavna Sharma, PC of Madhya Pradesh Home Guard contingent Mr. Manish Yadav, Detachment of Jail Department Assistant Jail Superintendent Ms. Sonam Bandore, Inspector of Police Band Mr. Sunil Katare and Sub-Inspector of Dog Team Mr. Prakash Narayan Sharma. Ms. Sanisha Harne and Mr. Arvind Joshi conducted the program. Special Director General of Police SAF Mr. Milind Kanskar, ACS GAD Mr. Vinod Kumar, Commissioner of Police Mr. Makarand Deuskar, Collector Mr. Avinash Lavania, and other senior officers were present during the full dress exercise parade.
