Barpeta: On 15.02.2022 a team of Barpeta Police apprehended a drug peddler namely Safikul Islam from Goroimari, Sarthebari Police Station area and recovered 37.21 grams of suspected drugs in 28 plastic containers from his possession. Legal action is being taken against the accused which is under process.
