Ujjain: Under the direction of Superintendent of Police, Mr. Satyendra Kumar Shukla IPS, Operation Muskaan campaign is being run in the district for the arrest of criminals in women related matters and for the handicrafts of missing/abducted boys/girls by the government. Under this campaign, under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Akash Bhuria and Deputy Superintendent of Police Mr. Arvind Tiwari, the police station in-charge, Ghatiya Mr. Vikramsinh Chauhan and his team have succeeded in arresting the accused who kidnapped and raped the minor girl.On April 4, 2022, the complainant, resident of village Ghatiya, had reported in the police station Ghatiya that some unknown person had lured his minor girl.
On the report, the crime was registered in the police station and taken up for investigation. During the investigation, the police got information from the informer system that the suspect had kidnapped the minor and kept her in Ujjain.
On which the police team took immediate action and on May 8, the kidnapper was handcuffed znd the minor girl was rescued from the accused person.
The girl told in her statements that the accused forcibly abducted and raped her. On the basis of which the accused has also been arrested by increasing the section of the POSCO Act in the case. Along with this, two accused who helped the main accused have also been arrested by the police.
