Shillong: The passing out parade was conducted by the K-9 unit of CID organization for induction of 4 newly trained explosive sniffer dogs namely Rosy, Daisy, Elsa and Max. The occasion was graced by DGP Meghalaya Dr. LR Bishnoi IPS as Chief Guest.
