Purba Bardhaman: Special Task Force, West Bengal Police busted a drug racket by raiding a house at Katwa under Purba Bardhaman District Police and seized 9.7 kilograms of opium, 4.7 kilograms of ammonium chloride, other raw materials along with Rs.9,43,400 in cash. 6 accused are arrested, while preparing brown sugar. In the subsequent raid, 2 kilograms of raw opium has also been seized from their possession.
