Thiruvannamalai: Under the leadership of Tiruvannamalai District Superintendent of Police Dr. K. Karthikeyan, IPS., the Police personal and Transport Department jointly on 19.9.2022 arrested 18 autos that ran without proper documents in Tiruvannamalai City, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Motor Vehicle Inspector, Tiruvannamalai City and the guards confiscated 20 two-wheelers driven by minors, summoned their parents and advised them, registered a case against the parents and sent them a warning. The Superintendent of Police then dropped the school students who were traveling on the steps of the bus and explained the danger of traveling on the stairs and ensured that they travel in alternative buses accordingly.
