Trivandrum: Police driver Mr. Sharon Peter noticed a trolley bag on the road when he reached Kumbalangi area during night patrol last Thursday. The bag number was locked. Mr. Sharon brought the bag to the station, thinking that he would return it when the owners complained. The bag was opened and checked when there was no complaint about the loss of the bag yesterday. Rs.130000/- was found in the bag. Although there were no specific documents regarding the owner, Mr. Sharon found out that it belonged to Dr. Nias, who runs a dental clinic in Kumbalangi, and transferred the amount. He was congratulated for his good work.
