Kakinada: In celebration of Diwali, District SP Mr. M. Rabindranath Babu IPS has issued the following instructions to the Police Officers, Fireworks Manufacturers/Sellers and People of the District.
The details of informants will be kept confidential. On the day of Diwali all the people of the district should take proper care and celebrate the festival with their family members. Burn unpolluted fire crackers as much as possible.
Parents should supervise children while burning fire crackers. No fireworks is permitted after 10 pm.
