Ganja is a prohibited substance – Smuggling/Transport will put you behind bars – Andhra Pradesh Police. With the aim of eradication of Ganja under Operation Parivatana, today 10,400 kg of Ganja was seized and 146 cases were registered in 52 Police Stations in the District of Guntur Range. These were burnt with the Approval of Drug Disposal Committee under the instructions of DGP Mr. K.V Rajendranath Reddy, IPS at Police firing range, Guntur.Guntur Range DIG, SSP of Guntur, Palnadu, Bapatla, Prakasam Districts, SEB & other officials participated in the Cannabis destruction.
