Bhopal : The New Year began with the collective singing of the National Anthem Jana Gana Mana and Vande Mataram at the Police Headquarters. On Sunday, the first day of the new year being a holiday, Director General of Police Mr. Sudhir Saxena IPS congratulated all the officers and employees for the new year after group singing of the National Anthem Jana Gana Mana and National Song Vande Mataram.
Director General of Police Mr. Saxena praised the various remarkable works done by the police department during the last year. Also said that all police officers and employees should perform their duties with honesty, integrity, mutual cooperation, coordination and team spirit. All senior officers and other police officers and employees of the police headquarters were present on the occasion.
