The Deputy Police Commissioner Mr. Vishal Gunni, I.P.S., inspected the security arrangements to be made during the Group-1 prelims exams to be held tomorrow in the city. NTR District Police Commissioner Mr. Kanti Rana Tata I.P.S in the context of Group 1 Exams to be held on 8:1:2023. According to his orders, on 7.1.2023, Deputy Police Commissioner Mr. Vishal Gunni, IPS, inspected all the colleges where Group 1 examinations were to be held in the city. As the exams are being conducted in 13 centers in the city, during the Group 1 exam, xerox, printing, cell phone shops and electronics related shops should be closed anywhere in the examination centers and strict security measures have been taken at the examination centers so that the candidates do not face any problem, the authorities have issued orders to the staff. In order to avoid disruption of the traffic in the city, the details of the arrangements have been made and appropriate suggestions have been given.
In this context, Deputy Police Commissioner Mr. Vishal Gunni IPS said that Section 144 and Police 30 Act will be in force at the examination centers and that the police department has taken strict security measures to ensure that the examinations are not disturbed, and sufficient security has been provided at all the examination centers. Police personnel have been arranged and given instructions, he said. Candidates are advised not to bring cell phones and any valuables with them, and candidates should arrange time so that they appear at the examination centers on time. Electronic and xerox centers near the examination centers have been informed to remain closed till evening.
