On (06.01.2023) at 21:25 hours four unknown persons entered a house in MVP colony, Visakhapatnam.Locked the door from inside & threatened the victims with scissors,blade on the throat for money. By taping the victims mouth with a plaster, the 4 culprits looted 30 tulas gold, diamond ornaments, Silver articles, 3 wrist watches, 2 mobile phones worth Rs 15 lakh & cash of Rs. 7000/-. On receipt of dial 112 call at PCR, crime wing police immediately rushed to the spot. Formed into separate teams & apprehended the 4 accused while escaping in a train from Vishakhapatnam railway station & recovered entire lost property of worth Rs.15.07 lakh from their possession. DGP Mr. K.V Rajendranath Reddy IPS, appreciated Vizag City Police for the good work done in apprehending the 4 accused immediately after the commencement of offence.
