AP Police Department has got a rare honour. Andhra Pradesh is ranked first in the country in terms of trust, efficiency and honesty among the people. This was announced by the central government in a meeting of DGPs of all states in Delhi. Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah and CM Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy praised DGP Mr. Rajendranath Reddy for getting the first position for Andhra Pradesh.
