Bhopal: On May 18, a group of 56 police personnel, including constables and assistant sub-inspectors, from different districts of the state embarked on a traffic refresher course in Bhopal. As part of their training, they had the opportunity to visit the State Level Police Control Room Dial-112/100 in Bhopal. The purpose of this visit was to provide these officers with a comprehensive understanding of the Dial-112/100 service and its functioning.
During their visit, the dedicated Dial-112/100 team took the time to educate the police personnel on the various aspects of the emergency response system. They were provided with detailed information on how the service operates, including the process of receiving and handling emergency calls. The officers were given insights into the crucial actions to be taken upon receiving information through Dial-112/100.
To enhance their practical knowledge, the visiting police personnel were given the invaluable opportunity to explore the call taker room and dispatcher room.
