Kolkata: The highly anticipated eighth edition of the empowering event, ‘Tejaswini,’ a remarkable ten-day self-defence workshop exclusively designed for women, has come to a triumphant close today. Commencing on the 11th of May, this transformative workshop took place at the esteemed Police Athletic Club, located in the PAC Tent, just opposite the East Bengal Ground.
The culmination of this extraordinary initiative was marked by a memorable closing ceremony, where each participant was honored with a well-deserved certificate in recognition of their dedication and commitment. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Mr. Subhankar Sinha Sarkar, IPS, serving as the Additional Commissioner of Police (2), along with Mr. Ashesh Biswas, IPS, who holds the position of Joint Commissioner of Police (Administration), and Mr. Abhishek Gupta, IPS, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Reserve Force). Their distinguished presence added prestige and significance to the ceremony.
