Hyderabad: Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, Mr. Kothakota Sreenivasa Reddy, IPS, recently chaired comprehensive review sessions with the teams handling Cyber Crimes, the Crime Control Section (CCS), the Women Safety Wing, and the Detective Department (DD). The meeting saw the participation of Investigation Officers from CCS, Cyber Crimes, as well as Station House Officers (SHOs) from all Women Police Stations, along with Team In-charges.
Present at the meeting were key figures including Dr. Gajarao Bhupal, IPS, Joint Commissioner of Police for Crimes and Special Investigation Team (SIT), Ms. Shilpavalli, D.C.P., D.D., and Ms. D. Kavitha, D.C.P., Women Safety Wing, who also heads the Cyber Crimes Unit in Hyderabad. Commissioner of Police Hyderabad, Mr. Kothakota Sreenivasa Reddy, took a comprehensive look into the operations of each wing and its personnel.
During the review, Commissioner Reddy emphasized the need for more professional investigations and urged the enhancement of CCS to a higher level. He stressed the importance of expeditious and unbiased filing of charge sheets, highlighting the need for swift completion of investigations. Commissioner Reddy underscored that each case should be approached with the aim of achieving convictions. Given the significance of CCS within the Hyderabad City Police, he urged everyone to enhance their professional skills and emphasized the imperative of taking necessary actions against fraudsters.
