Srikakulam: During the public complaint registration and redressal platform event held at the district police office on Monday, District Superintendent of Police Mrs. GR Radhika, IPS, actively engaged with the community by receiving complaints directly from the public. Mrs. Radhika, along with Additional SP G. Prem Kajal, provided a forum for face-to-face interactions, where they attentively listened to the grievances and concerns of the complainants.
Mrs. Radhika assured the complainants that their issues would be thoroughly understood and addressed in a comprehensive manner. She emphasized the importance of resolving each complaint fully and committed to ensuring that the victims receive justice. To facilitate immediate action, the details of the petitioners and their complaints were promptly communicated to the concerned police officers. These officers were directed to take appropriate legal action and follow through on each case to deliver justice to the victims.
