Kakinada: Kakinada District SP, Mr. Vikrant Patil, IPS, received complaints from the public at the Kakinada District Police Office. A public problem-solving platform event was held today at the Kakinada District Police Office under the guidance of the District SP. During the event, 52 complainants personally presented their issues to the District SP. The District SP stated that he directly receives complaints from the public, addresses their concerns, and promptly discusses these matters with the relevant police officers to ensure timely justice. Additional SP (Administration), Mr. M.J.V. Bhaskara Rao, along with other officers, participated in the event.
For those unable to visit the District Police Office, complaints can be lodged at the district’s police stations, circle offices, and subdivision offices. These complaints are treated as part of the public problem-solving platform and are addressed promptly.
