Uttarakhand, Chamoli: In a bid to ensure smooth travel and enhance pilgrim convenience during the Char Dham Yatra 2025, the Chamoli Police has implemented a comprehensive traffic management plan for key towns leading to Badrinath Dham.
The plan outlines designated vehicle movement timings, parking zones, and travel guidelines. To assist pilgrims, flex boards have been strategically placed at vital points, offering clear directions and safety instructions.
A notable feature of this year’s initiative is the introduction of a QR code, enabling travelers to access the complete travel route, emergency contact details, and essential pilgrimage-related information directly on their smartphones—making the journey safer and more organized.
This smart approach reflects the Chamoli Police’s commitment to leveraging technology and planning for the comfort and safety of the thousands of devotees expected during the sacred Yatra season.
