Mysuru City, Karnataka: Demonstrating a strong commitment to public safety and proactive policing, Mysuru City Police Commissioner Smt. Seema Latkar, IPS, led an intensive inspection operation in the Narasimharaja Police Station limits. The operation targeted sensitive zones to curb potential illegal activities and ensure law and order.
Shops, warehouses, and suspicious vehicles were systematically inspected during the operation, which was carried out in a highly coordinated manner. The drive saw the active participation of senior officers including DCP (Law & Order) Kumari Bindumani R.N., IPS, and DCP (Crime & Traffic) Shri Sundar Raj K.S., supported by dedicated police teams.
The initiative is part of Mysuru Police’s larger strategy to enhance security through visible and effective field-level enforcement. Commissioner Seema Latkar reaffirmed the department’s resolve to carry out such surprise inspections regularly, thereby instilling public confidence and deterring unlawful elements.
