Kottayam, Kerala: In a proud moment for the district, the Kottayam Student Police Cadet (SPC) team secured second place in the high school category of the SPC State-Level Quiz Competition held in Thiruvananthapuram on 12-11-2025. Recognizing their remarkable achievement, District Police Chief Sri. Shahul Hameed A., IPS honored the winning team on 29-11-2025.
The Kottayam district team showcased exceptional knowledge and teamwork in the competition. The district was represented by a three-member team from Brahmamangalam HSS & VHSS, comprising students Adi Narayanan, Nihala, and Juna, who delivered an outstanding performance and secured the prestigious second position at the state level.
During the felicitation ceremony, District Police Chief Shahul Hameed A., IPS congratulated the students for bringing honour to the district and encouraged them to continue excelling in both academics and extracurricular activities. He also distributed prizes to the accomplished cadets.
