Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, February 6, 2026: The Dial-112 emergency response service in Madhya Pradesh continues to set a strong example of quick action, humanitarian approach and people-centric policing. In the last seven days alone, the prompt and coordinated response of Dial-112 teams across various districts has saved 57 precious lives, including those of elderly persons, women and children.
Across the state, Dial-112 First Response Vehicles (FRVs) reached accident spots within minutes, provided first aid, coordinated with ambulances and ensured timely hospitalization of the injured. The teams also played a vital role in tracing and safely reuniting lost children and elderly citizens with their families, offering immediate relief to distressed families.
In districts such as Morena, Seoni, Shivpuri, Khargone, Sagar, Chhatarpur, Bhopal, Satna, Jabalpur, Ashoknagar, Sheopur, Narmadapuram, Rewa, Balaghat, Barwani, Ujjain, Tikamgarh, Indore and Chhindwara, Dial-112 personnel efficiently handled road accident emergencies, medical distress calls and cases of missing children and elderly persons. Their swift coordination with local police stations and medical services ensured that victims received timely treatment and care.
The consistent, round-the-clock service of Dial-112 has brought a sense of safety and confidence among citizens. The dedication, alertness and compassion shown by the Dial-112 teams reflect the Madhya Pradesh Police’s strong commitment to public safety and emergency response, earning appreciation from the public across the state.
