Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh: In a commendable staff welfare initiative, the “Men’s Grievance” session was held today at the Kakinada District Police Office under the leadership of District SP Sri G. Bindu Madhav, IPS.
As part of this weekly Friday program, around five police personnel personally met the SP and submitted their petitions, mainly concerning transfer-related issues. The SP patiently listened to each concern and responded in a positive and supportive manner.
This dedicated initiative aims to provide a platform for police personnel—who regularly face work pressure in their duties—to openly present their service-related or personal grievances.
The thoughtful step has been widely appreciated by Kakinada District Police personnel, who have expressed gratitude for the SP’s approachable and welfare-oriented leadership.
