Hyderabad City, Telangana: Personnel of Kamatipura Police Station displayed compassion and humanity by rescuing and assisting a distressed woman found wandering in a vulnerable condition near Bahadurpura X Roads during the midnight hours.
As nearby shops were closed at the time, SHO B. Prasad Rao immediately provided his own police uniform shirt and a pancha (dhoti) to protect the woman’s dignity and ensure her immediate comfort. Police personnel also arranged food, shelter, and protection for her at the checkpost to safeguard her from any possible danger during the night.
The operation was carried out under the supervision of Rajendranagar ACP Kishan with the assistance of ASI Anwar Hussain and Police Constable Suman.
Members of the public and motorists appreciated the timely and humane response of the police personnel, highlighting the department’s commitment towards social responsibility, women’s safety, and compassionate policing.
