Shivamogga, Karnataka: In a continued effort to improve policing standards and enhance the welfare of police personnel, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Shivamogga B-Sub Division, conducted an inspection of the West Traffic Police Station.
During the visit, the officer reviewed the functioning of the station, assessed operational procedures, and interacted with police personnel. Special attention was given to understanding the challenges and shortcomings faced by the staff in the course of their duties.
The Deputy Superintendent of Police listened to the concerns raised by the personnel and provided valuable suggestions and guidance aimed at improving efficiency, service delivery, and overall station management. Discussions were also held on strengthening traffic regulation, public service, and workplace coordination.
The inspection served as an opportunity to motivate the staff and ensure that necessary support is provided for the effective discharge of their responsibilities. Such supervisory visits play an important role in enhancing accountability, boosting morale, and improving the quality of policing.
