Tumakuru, Karnataka: In a major breakthrough, the Pattanayakanahalli Police have solved a sensational murder case by arresting a man and his accomplices for allegedly murdering his own brother and staging the crime as a road accident to mislead investigators.
The accused allegedly conspired to kill the victim due to greed for the victim’s LIC insurance benefits and personal disputes arising from suspicions and superstitions related to black magic. After carrying out the brutal murder, they attempted to destroy evidence by making it appear as though the victim had died in a road traffic accident.
Through scientific investigation, meticulous evidence collection, and sustained interrogation, the police uncovered inconsistencies in the purported accident and exposed the criminal conspiracy. Based on the evidence gathered, the victim’s brother and his accomplices were arrested.
