Tumakuru, Karnataka: In a well-organized initiative to ensure effective management of unclaimed property, the Chelur Police Station successfully auctioned and disposed of one trailer and eight unclaimed two-wheelers in accordance with government guidelines. The auction was conducted under the leadership of CPI Gubbira, ensuring complete transparency and compliance with legal procedures.
The vehicles, which had remained unclaimed despite due process, were disposed of through a lawful public auction, helping clear pending property, optimize police station space, and generate revenue in line with government regulations.
The successful auction reflects the Chelur Police’s commitment to transparent administration, efficient disposal of unclaimed assets, and responsible implementation of government orders, reinforcing public trust in the department’s professional functioning.
