Hyderabad, Telangana: On 29-07-2026, the Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing (H-NEW) conducted an Anti-Drug Awareness Programme at RTC Kalabhavan, Old Nallakunta, for around 1,200 students.
The programme aimed to educate students about the harmful effects of narcotic drug abuse, its impact on health, education, and future career prospects, while encouraging them to resist peer pressure and adopt a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.
The initiative highlighted the importance of creating awareness among youth to make informed choices and stay away from substance abuse.
The programme was attended by students, faculty members, and officials of the Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing (H-NEW), reaffirming H-NEW’s commitment to building a Drug-Free Hyderabad through continuous awareness initiatives.
