Kodagu, Karnataka: A police station inspection was conducted at Shanivarasanthe Police Station in Kodagu district to review its functioning and strengthen policing measures, with particular emphasis on maintaining law and order and preventing crime.
During the visit, the inspecting officer held a meeting with police officers and staff and issued appropriate instructions regarding effective crime prevention, detection and investigation, along with the proper discharge of their duties.
Special attention was given to the responsibilities of Shanivarasanthe Police Station due to its location near the district border. Officers and personnel were advised to remain vigilant, strengthen coordination and take necessary measures to prevent criminal activities across jurisdictional boundaries.
