<![CDATA[A day long meeting was conducted for the police which was presided by The Director General of Police Mr.M. Mahendar Reddy. The DGP gave instruction to the police that real-time entry of an offense has to be made by the police officers online with a view to achieve uniform services across the State by using technology. Addressing a day-long workshop of all Sub-Divisional Police Officers and Divisional Assistant Commissioners of Police (Law & Order, Traffic, and Crimes) here on Saturday The DGP said that the officers should avoid paperwork. Everything should be online, in real-time. He said that it was decided to ensure uniform service delivery by providing consistent and reliable services at all police stations and enhance sense of safety and security among citizens. The Police officers also decided to promote a culture of result-based monitoring and evaluation in police work for achieving a crime-free State. A feedback must be provided to all complainants/petitioners on the progress of their cases/ petitions.
