<![CDATA[The Police said that three people, including a woman were arrested in Haryana for allegedly getting involved in the rape and blackmail of a student who was pursuing her graduation. She later committed suicide. The police said that the victim's father lodged an FIR after which the arrests took place. In her suicide note, the victim had blamed the trio for her death. The father alleged in his complaint that the accused woman was his daughter's friend and had secretly shared her photos with her associates. According to the complaint, using an editing software, the men morphed the photos. They demanded sexual favours and raped the victim on several occasions for months and drugged her also in return for not making the indecent photos public. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sunil Kumar, said that the victim's body was handed over to her family after a post-mortem examination. He added that the suicide note had been sent to a forensic lab to check its authenticity and further investigation was on.]]>
