<![CDATA[An arrest has been made by the cyber crime police in connection with a job scam. The man is a resident from Punjab and was picked up from Calangute in Goa. Mr. Kiran Tilagol, a resident of Pandeshwar, received a mail stating that jobs were available in Canada through an agency. Upon receiving the mail he contacted the agency which guaranteed a job for him and 25 of his friends in Canada. On receiving the guarantee he and his friends organized the money which amounted to 5.96 Lakh rupees and transferred it to the agency by NEFT. They came to understand that the agency has cheated them of their money and lodged a complaint with the cyber crime police. On investigating the case it revealed that the agency involved was World Star Placement Service in Mohali, Punjab, owned by Kulvinder Kumar.]]>
