Ghaziabad: Three persons had gone to a biriyani shop in which the shop owner was a Dalit. After the persons took the biriyani, they refused the payment when asked for by the shop keeper. The persons got into an argument with the man in the shop and then slapped and punched the shop keeper. The persons also abused the victim on the basis of caste. The entire incident was caught on video and the video went viral. When the incident came to the notice of the Gautam Buddh Nagar police, they filed an FIR against the three persons who hailed abuses on the basis of caste and assaulted a Dalit biryani vendor when the man had asked for the payment.
