Madurai: In order to prevent drugs in all parts of Tamil Nadu, a procession is being held on behalf of the police about drug awareness. As a part of this, an awareness rally was held in front of Usilampatti Transport Workshop, Madurai District, where school students along with college students joined forces with folk artists to sensitize the public about the elimination of alcohol and how to protect themselves from drugs. Usilambatti Assembly member Ayyappan DSP Nallu, who participated in this, started the awareness rally by waving the flag. In this a procession was held in the areas of Usilampatti main road Madurai Theni National Highway Beraiyur Road Bus Station to create awareness among the general public. College students and school students took part in this and marched raising slogans about drug eradication.
